All our ranch sites enjoy easy access to shopping and schools. Some include wet-weather creeks or other water features. All are home to Central Texas plant and animal species - from white-tail deer to native songbirds; wizened madrones to Indian paintbrush. Ours is a gated community with restricted access, located 9.5 miles west of Highway 71 on Hamilton Pool Road — about 30 minutes west of Austin. Some of the remaining lots may be further subdivided under specific conditions (see deed restrictions).

Remaining lots in Travis County feed into Lake Travis ISD (Bee Caves Elementary, Lake Travis Middle, Lake Travis High). Lots in the Hays County sector are in Dripping Springs ISD (Dripping Springs Elementary, Middle and High School). Both are excellent school systems. All lots are served by Pedernales Electric. Internet access is via satellite system.
