All the ranch sites in The Ranches at Hamilton Pool enjoy easy access to shopping and schools. Some include wet-weather creeks or other water features. All are home to Central Texas plant and animal species - from white-tail deer to native songbirds; wizened madrones to Indian paintbrush. Ours is a gated community with restricted access, located 9.5 miles west of Highway 71 on Hamilton Pool Road.

PHASE I -
Several lots remain in the first phase (Lots 1-15b) of the development, which resides entirely in Travis County. Plats range from 17 to 29 acres and offer a wide variety of terrain, building site possibilities and sight lines.

PHASE II -
(Lots 16-29) incorporating plats from 23 to more than 400 acres - were just offered for sale in late spring. Many of these sites include wet weather creeks. Some may be further subdivided under specific guildines (see deed restrictions). All (except the tip of Lot 17) are contained in Hays County.
